At Pro Soccer Specialists, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
● Be unused and unworn.
● Be in their original condition.
● Include all original tags and packaging.
● Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
● Personalized or customized products.
● Products damaged due to improper use.
● Items returned after the 15-day return period.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
● Your order number.
● Photos of the item.
● A brief description of the issue.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
● Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, Pro Soccer Specialists will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
